Sue wasn't feeling so hot, so I let her stay home to sleep and we gave her some medicine to help her out. She didn't want to miss school. (YEAH!) so we took her in a little late.
I don't remember a lot else. Took the oldest to the library to study. She missed YW movie night because of TONS of homework. She was trying to finish in time to go, but was at the library til it closed at 9 still working away. Sue was feeling bad again and missed YW. (after spending a good bit of the day trying to figure out rides for kids to different locations, it turns out it was all good after all.)
The S-Train was grounded. We're having a bumpy start to 2nd grade. Anyone have advice on clearing up space bubble issues? (but then he did tell his sunbeam teacher once that he had popped his space bubble with his sword. Guess it hasn't grown back.)
Made chicken soup for dinner for us and a sick neighbor. LOVE homemade chicken soup with potatoes and onions from the garden. (It's Saturday and Sue is officially sick of homemade chicken soup.)
Hemmed band bibs for the next day (list check off!) and helped various people with homework.
