The mall and spices

I really must update this almost every day.  The point of this exercise it to remind myself that even if I get to the end of the week and feel like I've done almost nothing - that I HAVE done something with my days. Something good and productive preferably.
I'm having a hard time dredging up what I did each day this week.  I think it was a good one.  I'll see what I can remember.

Tuesday, September 6

Middle School was OUT for the day.

So Sue invited some peeps to go shopping and we went to the mall.  Really we were looking for shoes and a brown t-shirt for Sue.  We didn't find either.  But we found a $5 shirt and ate pretzels.  And the girls had fun playing the Monopoly card game when we got home.  It was a fun look into their world.  And we discovered that one of Sue's friends LOVES hot spices.  As in, "do you have Tobasco sauce?"  "No, but we have these other nice hot burn your lips off spices."  "That's pretty good."  (Other girls running to the sink screaming trying to wipe off their tongues and gasping for milk.)

Then we did the Tuesday crazy run and I got to go to Enrichment meeting.
(After trying to reconstitute cannery re-fried beans for bean dip for the food storage pot luck in the 20 minutes I had.  Major fail.  Had to be resuscitated by Mr. C when he came home from work.)

Enrichment resulted in lots of "What is my niche?" thinking.  Because, well,  I'm not the canning home preservation mom.  It's my husband who's the home preservation guy.  Which is good for him and us.  But can result in guilt when you think, maybe that could be me. . .  Maybe I should do that. . . .
Yeah, me and my now 120 thing list.  Let me add to that. . .
Or not.

Ok, now what did I do Wednesday?
