Made Pie

August 20th

There was a "come over and eat pie night" at a friend's house after the adult session of stake conference.  We made pumpkin pie because it's the kind of pie filling I had in the house.  I was doubling the pie crust because this recipe doesn't usually make quite enough unless you double it.  But I wasn't doubling the filling.  Until suddenly I was.  So.  There is leftover pie filling and pie crust in the fridge.  We'll see if it works if you make it later.
